How many colours of Kona fabric are there?
There’s a huge 365 colours to choose from and we stock every single one! We are unaware of any other brands that offer such a spectrum of colour in their solids collections.

What’s the Kona Colour of the year?
Every year Robert Kaufman release a “Colour of the Year” and for 2022 the colour is a supremely stellar purple – Cosmos!

How wide is Kona solid fabric?
Kona Cotton Solids are 110cm (44”) wide, however we also sell Kona extra wide which is a whopping 275cm (108”) wide!
Can I buy pre-cut Kona fabrics?
Yes! We sell Robert Kaufman ‘Roll Ups’ which are 40 strips of fabric measuring 2.5” by 44”, which some of you may know as ‘Jelly Rolls’.
What is Kona Premium?
Kona Premium is a little more luxurious as it’s 100% cotton and approximately 200gsm in weight, perfect for dressmaking and quilting.
What can I make with Kona Fabrics?
Looking for inspiration? There’s a tremendous library of free quilt patterns on the Robert Kaufman website.
We also sell the ‘Postcards from Sweden’ quilt kit which includes a whole rainbow of Kona fabrics to make a 60” x 75” quilt, all you need to add is wadding, backing and binding.
This is our best selling quilt kit but it can be hard for us to keep these kits in stock because there are SO many colours! If this quilt calls to you and you see the kits in stock then we’d advise grabbing one!
Where can I buy Kona Fabric?
